What we collect

When you ask us for an estimate — on this website, through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, in the chat on this site, or by calling or texting us — we collect what you give us:

  • your name, phone number and email address
  • the town or address of the property
  • the kind of project, and anything you tell us about it
  • how you heard about us

When you visit this website we also record the pages you look at and the ad or link that brought you here, along with your browser type and IP address. We do this with cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager.

How we use it

We use your information only to contact you about your estimate and your project: to call, text or email you back, to come and look at the job, to give you a price, and to do the work if you go ahead. We also use the visit information to see which of our ads and pages bring in requests, so we know what is working.

We never sell it

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone. We share it only with the companies that run the tools we use to do business, and only so those tools can work for us:

  • HighLevel, the system that keeps our customer records and sends our texts and chat
  • Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores the requests sent through it
  • Resend, which delivers the email that tells our team a request has come in
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram). When you send us a request, we send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of your name, phone number and email so it can tell us which ad you came from. Meta cannot read the scrambled copy back.
  • Google, for the visit information collected through Google Tag Manager

We will also share information when the law requires us to.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your estimate or your project. Message and data rates may apply, and how often we text depends on your project. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. We never share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we are working with you on your estimate or project, and afterwards for as long as we need it for our business and tax records.

Asking us to delete it

Call us at (304) 721-1913 or email contact@crownhomesolutionsllc.com and ask us to delete your information. We will delete it from our records and our tools, and tell you when it is done. We may keep what the law requires us to keep, such as a signed contract or a tax record. If you contacted us through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta also holds a copy under its own privacy policy, which you can manage in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Children

This website and our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
